摘要
为构建与完善重庆市智力残疾儿童康复定点机构等级评估指标,文章采用文献分析、头脑风暴、德尔斐法、层次分析法、问卷调查、访谈和测验法等进行研究,形成了包含“基础条件”“场地建设”“设备配置”“人员配置”“服务能力”“管理制度”及“质量监控”7个维度的智力残疾儿童康复定点机构等级评估指标。评估指标能够有效地规范机构的建设,促进智力残疾儿童康复定点机构服务质量的提升。
To construct and improve the evaluation indicators for the rating of designated rehabilitation institutions for children with intellectual disabilities in Chongqing,various methods such as literature analysis,brainstorming,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis,questionnaires,interviews,and tests were used.Evaluation indicators were formed which include seven dimensions:basic conditions,venue construction,equipment configuration,staffing,service capacity,management system,and quality control.Conclusion:The evaluation indicators can support the better standardization of institutional construction and development and promote the quality of rehabilitation services for children with intellectual disabilities.
