我国残疾人中等职业教育的发展现状、现实困境与优化路径

The Current Situation,Practical Difficulties and Optimization Paths of Secondary Vocational Education for People with Disabilities in China

摘要 文章基于2018—2022年《中国残疾人事业统计年鉴》的统计数据,运用描述性的研究方法,从规模、质量、区域等方面对我国残疾人中等职业教育进行了全面的考察。研究发现,我国残疾人中等职业教育近5年来取得了显著的进步,但仍然面临着办学规模较小、教育部门主导而其他团体办学力量不足、区域发展不均衡等问题。为了促进残疾人中等职业教育的健康可持续发展,针对上述困境提出了相应的优化路径。 Based on statistical data from the“China Disabled Persons’Statistical Yearbook”for the years 2018-2022,descriptive research methods were used to comprehensively investigate China’s secondary vocational education for people with disabilities from aspects such as institutions,scale,quality,and regions.Research has found thatscale.secondary vocational education for people with disabilities in China has madesignificant progress in the past five years,but still faces problems such as a smalscale of education,the dominance of education departments while other groups lacksufiticient educational strength,and an imbalance between regional development anddisability categories.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development ofsecondary vocational education for people with disabilities.corresponding optimnization paths have been proposed.
