摘要
针对当下社会对设计类人才的需求,本研究以"立德树人"为核心,以"设计解决问题"为导向,提出了"一线四链五化"教学模式.其中,"一线"是指"以能力提升为主线","四链"是指"链接产业、链接教学、链接研究、链接应用","五化"是指"教学双师化、课程项目化、项目市场化、作业产品化、评价多元化".实践证明,该教学模式的实施与推广使师生专业实践能力与创新创业能力显著提升、学生适应社会的能力全面增强、对同类学院的示范作用明显.
In response to the current demand for design talents,this study,with the core value of"moral education,"and guided by"design solutions,"proposes the teaching model of"one line,four links,five transformations."Here,"one line"refers to"the improvement of capabilities as the main thread,""four links"refers to"industry links,teaching links,research links,and application links,"and"five transformations"refers to"Dual-teacher Instruction,Project-based Curriculum,Project Marketization,Assignment Productization,and Evaluation Diversification."The implementation and promotion of this teaching model lead to significant improvement in the professional practice,innovation capabilities and entrepreneurship capabilities of teachers and students,comprehensive enhancement of students'ability to adapt to society,and have a clear demonstration effect on similar colleges.
