If China and India strengthen cooperation under the guidance of the GDI,it will not only help both countries succeed,but also promote the global governance system to better benefit all developing countries.In September 2021,Chinese President Xi Jinping announced the Global Development Initiative(GDI)at the general debate of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly,declaring that development is key to people's well-being.
