The Development Process and Fundamental Experience of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

思想政治工作是学校各项工作的生命线。百余年来,中国共产党引领中国青年走过战火纷飞的革命年代,走过岁月峥嵘的建设时期,走过艰难探索的改革开放时期,走进砥砺奋进的中国特色社会主义新时代。在党的坚强领导下,高校思想政治教育捍卫了马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,探索了一条高校思想政治教育的科学化道路,培养了一代又一代社会主义建设者和接班人,建立了一支高素质的高校思想政治教育工作队伍,成就斐然。始终坚持党的领导,为正确开展高校思想政治工作提供政治保障;始终坚持紧扣时代脉搏,服务党和国家中心大局;始终坚持实事求是,遵循高校思想政治工作规律;始终坚持以人为本,尊重学生在高校思想政治教育中的主体地位;始终坚持完善制度,推进高校思想政治教育规范有序发展;始终坚持问题导向,在解决实际问题中增强高校思想政治教育实效性,是高校思想政治教育的六条基本经验。

Ideological and political work is the lifeline for colleges’work in every aspect.For more than 100 years,Communist Party of China has led the young people of China through the war-torn era of revolution and the exploring period of construction,through the difficult period of reform and opening up and into the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the strong leadership of CPC,we have made remarkable achievements in ideological and political education in colleges,safeguarding the guiding position of Marxism in ideology and exploring an approach to scientific ideological and political education to cultivate generations of socialist builders and successors,as well as establish an extremely qualified ideological and political education team in colleges.The following are the six fundamental experiences we have gained in ideological and political education in colleges.Firstly,during the course,we never hesitate to adhere to the leadership of CPC to guarantee the correct development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Secondly,we always conform to the demands of the time to serve the fulfilling of central tasks of the party and the country.Thirdly,we always insist on seeking truth from facts and follow the law of ideological and political work in colleges.Fourthly,in the ideological and political education,we are always people-oriented and never swing students from their central position.Fifthly,having been consistently devoted to the improvement of the system,we keep endeavoring to strive for the standardized and orderly development of ideological and political education in colleges.Lastly,adhere to the problem-oriented,we successfully enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in college in solving practical problems.
