摘要
本文基于湖北省北斗地基增强系统运行维护实际经验和故障情况统计分析,从坐标框架维护、基准站维护和观测数据维护三方面展开讨论。首先,采取频率为每年一次的全网坐标更新,保持坐标框架的稳定;其次,针对基准站的维护,设定每个基准站的全年巡检频率为2~3次,并对电力故障及网络故障等常见故障进行预防和处理;最后,在数据维护方面,每年进行数据质量分析,确保数据利用率及多路径效应等技术指标满足要求。结果表明,本维护策略的实施,能够确保湖北省北斗地基增强系统全年可利用率保持在95%以上,全年正常运行率达到98%以上。这些经验和方法为湖北省北斗地基增强系统的稳定运行提供有力保障,也可为其它省级区域基准站网的运行维护提供参考。
This paper discusses from coordinate frame maintenance,reference station maintenance and observational data maintenance based on the practical operation maintenance experience and fault statistics analysis of Beidou ground-based augmentation system in Hubei Province.Firstly,the coordinates are updated once a year on the whole network to maintain the stability of the coordinate frame.Secondly,for the maintenance of the reference station,the annual inspection frequency of each reference station is set to 2~3 times,and the common faults such as power failure and network failure are prevented and dealt with.Finally,in terms of data maintenance,data quality analysis is carried out every year to ensure that technical indicators such as data utilization and multipath effect meet the requirements.The results show that the implementation of the maintenance strategy can ensure that the utilization rate of Hubei Beidou ground-based augmentation system throughout the year can remain above 95%,and the annual normal operation rate is as high as 98%.These experiences and methods can provide a strong guarantee for the stable operation of Beidou ground-based augmentation system in Hubei Province,and can also provide reference for the operation maintenance of other regional reference stations.
