Design and implementation of statistical software for thematic national geographical census&monitoring data

为满足地理国情监测报告发布及政策制定对专题地理国情监测数据重点要素信息的统计需求,本文依托某专题地理国情监测项目,汇总、分析地表覆盖等典型专题要素的分布现状、增量、转化比等数据统计内容,并设计多期数据对比统计算法流程,基于ArcEngine开发专题地理国情监测数据统计软件。试验表明,该软件能够快速、准确地统计专题要素信息,显著提升专题地理国情监测数据统计的效率。

In order to meet the statistical requirements of key elements of thematic national geographical census&monitoring data for the release of national geographical census&monitoring reports and policy formulation,this paper summarizes and analyses the distribution status,increment,conversion ratio,and other data statistical content of typical thematic elements such as surface coverage relied on a national geographical census&monitoring project.A multi period data comparison statistical algorithm process is designed,and a statistical software for thematic national geographical census&monitoring data is developed based on ArcEngine.Experiments have shown that the software can quickly and accurately collect thematic element information,significantly improving the statistical efficiency of thematic national geographical census&monitoring data.
