Objective To study the psychological resilience of college students and its influencing factors during the COVID-19 epidemic, and provide the reference for the cultivation of psychological resilience of college students. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire surveys on 532 and 714 college students in Nanjing in 2020 and 2021,respectively.The survey tools include the Simplified version of the Psychological Resilience Scale,Self Rating Mental Health Scale(SRQ-20),and Social Support Rating Scale. Results The psychological resilience, total social support score, and subjective support score of college students in 2020 were significantly lower than those in 2021.Male students had significantly higher levels of psychological health, resilience, and subjective support than female students, while their utilization of support was significantly lower than that of female students.Psychological health, subjective support, and utilization of support all had significant predictive effects on psychological resilience. Conclusion Cultivating psychological resilience is crucial for the mental health of college students, and improving individual subjective support experience and strengthening the utilization of support are beneficial for enhancing their psychological resilience.
