梁思成“中而新”设计观影响下的现代居住建筑设计探微——以金沅瑞府为例

Discussion on the design of modern residential buildings under the influence of Liang Sicheng's"Chinese also New"design concept:A case study of Jinyuan Mansion

梁思成“中而新”设计观是对设计理想状态的一种追求,为当代中国建筑设计指明了前进的道路,以梁思成“中而新”设计观作为指导,以金沅瑞府建筑设计方案为例,通过对空间组合、景观营造与传统元素的详细解析体现其对传统文化的继承以及在空间重构、材料更新与科技创新方面对新时代进行探索,解读建筑创作过程中的“中而新”思想,试图找出中国传统元素与现代住区需求。

Liang Sicheng's"Chinese also New"design concept is a pursuit of the ideal state of design,which points out the way forward for contemporary Chinese architectural design.This paper takes Liang Sicheng's"Chinese also New"design concept as a guide,and takes the architectural design scheme of Jinyuan mansion as an example.Through detailed analysis of space combination,landscape construction and traditional elements,it reflects its inheritance of traditional culture and explores the new era in terms of space reconstruction,material renewal and scientific and technological innovation,interprets the idea of"Chinese also New"in the process of architectural creation,and tries to find out the balance point between traditional Chinese elements and modern residential needs.It provides some reference for how to inherit and carry forward the connotation and essence of Chinese traditional residence in contemporary residential architecture design.
