十二腔高效微波炉用磁控管设计与应用

摘要 为响应国家“双碳”战略,提高微波炉能效,设计了一种高效率微波炉用磁控管。该磁控管在12腔谐振腔的基础上,通过改变互作用空间尺寸,增强工作磁场,实现工作效率的大幅提升。仿真和实验结果均表明,在210 mT磁场的工作条件下,该磁控管的最高工作效率为82.7%,平均工作效率为82.4%。 In response to the national“dual carbon”strategy and to improve the energy efficiency of microwave ovens,a high efficiency magnetron for microwave ovens is designed.Based on a 12-cavity resonance,the work efficiency of the magnetron is greatly improved by changing the size of the interaction space and enhancing the working magnetic field.Both simulation and experiment results show that under the working magnetic field of 210mT,the magnetron has a maximum efficiency of 82.7%and an average efficiency of 82.4%.
