摘要
文章以中美两国图情领域学者为研究对象,构建指标体系并运用熵权法和TOPSIS法搭建基于社交媒体的学者影响力评价模型,量化学者在非正式科学交流的影响力,进而有针对性地补充现有人才评价的不足之处,提高科学交流效率。模型结果与学者h指数相关性分析结果显示:两国学者都为正相关,中国学者为中度相关,美国学者为弱相关;学者影响力评价结果比学者h指数更有区分度。基于社交媒体的学者影响力评价模型具有一定的科学性与可操作性,拓展了评价指标数据的来源,能够体现学者在非正式交流途径中的影响力。
This paper takes scholars in the field of LIS in China and the United States as the research object,constructs the index system,and uses the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS method to build a scholar influence evaluation model based on social media to quantify the influence of scholars in informal scientific communication,so as to supplement the shortcomings of existing talent evaluation and improve the efficiency of scientific communication.The results of correlation analysis between the model results and scholarsh-index show that scholars in both countries are positively correlated,Chinese scholars are moderately correlated,and American scholars are weakly correlated;the evaluation results of scholarsinfluence are more differentiated than scholarsh index.The scholar influence evaluation model based on social media has certain scientificity and operability,expands the source of evaluation index data,and can reflect the influence of scholars in informal communication channels.
