摘要
当前高校思政课供给侧结构性改革主要聚焦课程建设或教学改革的片断化环节,缺乏将思政课作为整体系统加以考查的“精准供给”思维。OBE理念强调教育各环节从整体规划上服务于学生成长成才目标,并在查找问题中持续优化各环节,以其统摄思政课改革,聚焦“成果、学生、问题”三个关键要素,系统推进教育对象识别精准化、教学内容供给精准化、教学方式供给精准化和教学评价供给精准化,能有效激发思政课发展动力,从整体建构上化解高校思政课“供需错配”的痛点难点,促进思政课人才培养目标的达成。
At present,the supply-side reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities mainly focuses on the fragmented links of curriculum construction or teaching reform,lacking the“precise supply”thinking that takes ideological and political courses as a whole system to examine.The concept of Outcome-Based Education emphasizes that all aspects of education should serve the goal of students’growth and success from an overall plan,continuously optimizing all aspects in the process of finding problems,guiding the reform of ideological and political courses with it,focusing on the three key elements of“results,students and problems”,and systematically promoting the precision of educational object identification,teaching content supply,teaching methods supply and teaching evaluation supply.They can effectively stimulate the development power of ideological and political courses,solve the pain points and difficulties of“supply and demand mismatch”of the courses in colleges and universities from the overall construction to promote the achievement of talent training goals of the courses.
