我国城市协同创新网络的测度及其空间特征研究

摘要 文章在构建城市协同创新指标体系的基础上,借助于熵值法、引力模型和社会网络分析法对全国300个主要城市的协同创新水平进行测度,并利用度数中心度、接近中心度和中介中心度等指标对我国城市协同创新网络特征进行分析,结果表明总体上城市创新网络成员的关系较为疏离,集聚性一般,但形成4个凝聚子群,各子群的松散和凝聚状态存在显著差异;上海、北京、武汉、南京和合肥是协同创新网络中的关键节点,在整体协同创新中发挥着重要作用,而重庆、北京、武汉、西安等城市发挥着显著的桥梁作用;位于中部、北部边缘或西部边缘的部分城市,主动寻求协同创新的意识较强。根据分析结果,文章提出充分发挥五个关键节点城市效用,提升其辐射效果,并加强经济一体化区域之间的合作及进一步优化交通网络等建议。 Based on the evaluation indicator system building of urban collaborative innovation,this paper measures the level of collaborative innovation of 300 cities in China by means of entropy method,gravity model and social network analysis,and analyzes the characteristics of China′s urban collaborative innovation network with the indexes of degree centrality,proximity centrality and intermediary centrality.The results show that:In general,the relationship between the members of China′s urban innovation network is relatively distant,with average agglomeration,but 4 cohesive subgroups are formed,with each subgroup significantly different with another in agglomeration;Shanghai,Beijing,Wuhan,Nanjing and Hefei are key nodes in the collaborative innovation network and each play an important role in the overall collaborative innovation,while Chongqing,Beijing,Wuhan,Xi′an and other cities play the significant role of bridges.Some cities located in the central,northern or western periphery have a strong ability to proactively seek collaborative innovation.According to the analysis results,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as giving full play to the utility of the five key node cities,enhancing their radiation effect,strengthening the cooperation among the economic integration regions,and further optimizing the traffic network.The research results can provide decision-making basis for improving urban collaborative innovation ability and constructing urban innovation network.
