低碳背景下公铁联运路径优化研究

摘要 考虑到公路和铁路货物运输过程的不同特点,研究实现低碳运输目标的公铁联运路径选择优化问题。综合考虑公铁联运大宗货流的运输特点,通过引入三角模糊数,以货物在运输过程中的碳排放总量限制、中转节点内货物转运方式限制、任意相邻运输节点间有且只能采用一种运输方式等作为约束条件,构建考虑碳排放的公铁联运路径优化0-1规划模型,致力于实现货物在途运输成本、碳排放成本和时间惩罚成本的最小化。设计包含11个枢纽节点的公铁联运网络进行案例分析,研究结果表明,将公路货物转移至铁路网运输可以降低运输成本,减少碳排放量,提高运输和转运过程的效益和环保水平。 Considering the different characteristics of road and rail freight transportation,this paper mainly studied the route selection optimization of road-rail intermodal transportation to realize low-carbon transportation.Given the transport characteristics of bulk cargo flow in road-rail intermodal transportation,the paper constructed a 0-1 planning model for route optimization of road-rail intermodal transportation considering carbon emissions by introducing triangular fuzzy numbers.Constraints were the total carbon emission limit of goods during transportation,restrictions on the mode of cargo transshipment within a node,and only one mode of transport between any adjacent transport nodes.In the model,the objective function was to minimize the transportation cost of goods in transit,the carbon emission cost generated during transportation and transshipment,and the time penalty cost caused by exceeding the time limit of delivery.To verify the correctness of the proposed mathematical model,the paper designed an example analysis of a road-rail intermodal transport network including 11 hub nodes.The research results show that transferring road goods to the railway network can reduce transportation costs and carbon emissions,improving the efficiency and environmental protection of transportation.
