摘要
近些年来,国内建设的新能源材料电池用磷酸铁项目中,多数采用铵盐法磷酸铁工艺生产磷酸铁。为降低生产成本,以磷矿为初始原料。此类项目工艺流程长、生产装置多、总能耗高、总投资高。本文简要介绍了以磷矿为原料生产新能源材料电池用磷酸铁项目的工艺路线、项目组成、项目主要危险性分析、厂址选择以及项目规划设计的要点。侧重于对铵盐法磷酸铁进行介绍,包括磷酸铁的反应原理、铵盐法磷酸铁的工艺路线、项目通常包含的主要生产装置及其常用的工艺、项目涉及的主要危险化学品等。结合此类项目的特点阐述了厂址选择和项目规划设计中应当重点关注的注意事项,提出了一些建议以供在进行同类项目设计时借鉴和思考,使设计更加优化。
In recent years,most of the iron phosphate projects for batteries of new energy materials built in China use the ammonium salt method to produce iron phosphate.In order to reduce the production cost,phosphate rock is used as the initial raw material.Such projects have long process flow,many production units,high total energy consumption and high total investment.This article briefly introduces the process route,project composition,main risk analysis,site selection and key points of projects planning and design for the production of iron phosphate for batteries of new energy materials using phosphate rock as raw material.Focued on introducing the ammonium salt method of iron phosphate,including the reaction principle of iron phosphate,the process route of ammonium salt method of iron phosphate,the main production units and commonly used processes included in the projects,and the main dangerous chemicals involved in the projects.According to the characteristics of such projects,this article elaborates on the key considerations on site selection and project planning and design,and puts forward some suggestions for reference and consideration in the design of similar projects,so as to make the design more optimized.
