基于位育理论重构乡村教师的生存与发展之路

摘要 乡村教师作为乡村教育的中流砥柱,在现代化进程中面临诸多生存与发展的问题。乡村教师的工作场域在乡村,他们的生存和发展离不开乡村环境,因此,其最好的生存状态就是与乡村环境进行位育,走一条科学性与人文性相结合的成长之路。乡村教师的位育过程,是教师个体生命能量投入与乡土资源交换的过程,是乡村教师与乡村教育环境、教育内涵以及乡村社会共生的过程。然而研究发现,当前乡村教师面临乡土文化价值观薄弱、身份定位错乱以及自我发展内驱力弱化等方面的问题。要重构乡村教师的生存和发展之路,就需要培养乡村教师与乡村文化、乡村教育和乡村社会相协调的能力,推动他们投身乡村社会和乡村教育的发展,使乡村教师在广袤的土地上完成自我升华和超越,生成其生命智慧。 As the mainstay of rural education,rural teachers face many problems of survival and development in the process of modernization.The working field of rural teachers is in the countryside,and their survival and development cannot be separated from the rural environment.Therefore,their best living state is to carry out place-based education with the rural environment,and take a growth road combining scientific and humanistic nature.The process of place-based education for rural teachers is the process of exchanging teachers′individual life energy input and local resources,and the process of symbiosis between rural teachers and rural educational environment,educational connotation and rural society.However,it is found that rural teachers are facing problems such as weak values of local culture,misplaced identity,and weakened internal drive for self-development.To reconstruct the survival and development path of rural teachers,it is necessary to cultivate the ability of rural teachers to harmonize with rural culture,rural education,and rural society,and to encourage them to devote themselves to the development of rural society and rural education,so as to enable rural teachers to complete self-sublimation and transcendence,and to generate their wisdom of life in the vast land.
