摘要
劳动教育如何推动五育并举是劳动教育高质量发展的关键问题,默会知识论为劳动教育提供了新的分析视角。从默会维度重新审视劳动教育,可以于隐默中生成道德观念,促进知识、能力、智慧渐次上升,达到身体的知情意统一,并走向自由的审美主体,以劳树德、以劳增智、以劳强体、以劳育美都获得了新的价值意蕴。在实践进路上,默会维度下的劳动教育在目标上注重五育并举,在内容上突出能力之知,在方法上强化具身体验,在评价上回归主体价值,有助于学生德智体美劳全面发展。
How labor education promotes the five educations is a key issue for the high-quality development of labor education.The theory of tacit knowledge provides a new analytical perspective for labor education.Reexamining labor education from the tacit dimension,moral concepts can be generated in silence,promoting the gradual rise of knowledge,ability,and wisdom,achieving the unity of body's knowledge,emotion,and intention,and moving towards a free aesthetic subject.Labor education under the tacit dimension focuses on the five educations in its goals,highlights the knowledge of ability in its content,strengthens embodied experience in its methods,and returns to subject value in its evaluation,which helps students to fully develop in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.
