“菊苓方”纱布敷料对妊娠合并贫血患者剖宫产术后切口愈合疗效研究

Study on Therapeutic Effect of“Juling Recipe”Gauze Dressing on Wound Healing After Cesarean Section in Pregnant Women with Anemia

目的观察“菊苓方”纱布敷料对妊娠合并贫血患者剖宫产术后切口愈合的影响。方法将172例妊娠合并贫血的剖宫产患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组86人。治疗组选用“菊苓方”纱布敷料为患者腹部切口换药,对照组选用无菌纱布敷料换药。记录患者术后第3天切口局部(颜色、肿胀、灼热、疼痛)的评分,切口愈合等级,切口愈合不良发生率等,对比两组的疗效。结果治疗组患者在术后第3天腹部切口愈合的情况中,在切口肿胀、切口颜色、切口疼痛缓解等方面明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组切口愈合不良发生率小于对照组(1.16%vs 9.30%)。结论“菊苓方”纱布敷料明显提高妊娠合并贫血患者剖宫产术后切口愈合质量,同时提高切口愈合率,提升患者生活质量,达到整体快速康复的目的。

Objective To observe the effect of“Juling recipe”gauze dressing on the wound healing of pregnant women with anemia after cesarean section.Methods 172 cesarean section patients with pregnancy complicated by anemia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 86 people in each group.The treatment group used“Juling recipe”gauze dressing to change the dressing for the patient's abdominal incision,while the control group used sterile gauze dressing to change the dressing.Record the score of the incision site(color,swelling,burning,pain)on the third day after surgery,the level of incision healing,and the incidence of poor incision healing.Compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results On the third day after surgery,patients in the treatment group showed significantly better abdominal incision healing than those in the control group in terms of incision swelling,incision color,and incision pain relief,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The incidence of poor incision healing in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(1.16%vs 9.30%).Conclusion“Juling recipe”gauze dressing significantly improves the quality of wound healing after cesarean section in pregnant women with anemia,while also increasing the wound healing rate and improving the patient's quality of life,achieving the goal of overall rapid recovery.
