农科类高职生专业认可度对学习投入的影响:基于自我效能感的中介作用

摘要 实施乡村振兴大背景下,农科专业学生专业认可度与就业方向密切相关,是培育出合格农业技术人才的重要前提。通过对农科专业335名高职生采用非随机便利抽样进行问卷调查,运用SPSS23.0进行统计分析,探讨农科类高职生专业认可度对学习投入的影响,特别是自我效能感在其间的中介作用。结果表明,专业认可度与学习投入呈显著正相关,自我效能感在专业认可度对学习投入影响过程中起到了中介作用。专业认可度对农科类高职生学习投入有着积极的影响,加大学校专业教育力度和强化学生自我效能感有助于增加学生学习投入,对培育服务乡村振兴的高质量农科人才有积极促进作用。 Under the background of the implementation of rural revitalization,the professional recognition degree of agricultural students is closely related to the direction of employment,which is an important prerequisite for cultivating qualified agricultural technical talents.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 335 vocational college students majoring in agricultural science by non-random convenience sampling,and statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS23.0.The purpose is to explore the influence of professional recognition degree on learning engagement of agricultural vocational college students,especially the mediating role of self-efficacy.The empirical results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between professional recognition and learning engagement,and self-efficacy played a mediating role in the influence of professional recognition on learning engagement.The degree of professional recognition has a positive impact on the learning engagement of agricultural vocational college students.Increasing the intensity of school professional education and strengthening students’self-efficacy can help increase students’learning engagement,and promote the cultivation of high-quality agricultural talents serving rural revitalization.
