摘要
针对齐大山混磁铁精矿反浮选脱硅过程中存在的药剂低温可溶性差、扩散性差、矿化效果不充分导致的浮选尾矿中全铁品位偏高的问题,以反浮选试验指标为依据研究了四种非离子型增效剂与捕收剂的协同增效作用。结果表明,增效剂可以显著提高齐大山低温捕收剂对石英等脉石矿物的捕收性能。其中OP-10的增效效果最好;在捕收剂用量为540 g/t,OP-10在捕收剂中质量占比5%时,经“一粗一精三扫”反浮选闭路试验最终获得了TFe品位为68.45%、回收率为90.42%的精矿产品。与单独使用捕收剂相比,在铁精矿品位基本不变前提下,铁回收率提高了2.08个百分点,结果有力证明了增效剂对齐大山铁矿反浮选脱硅的强化作用。
In view of the problems of poor low temperature solubility,poor diffusion and insufficient mineralization effect of agents in the anti-flotation and desiliconization process of Qidashan mixed magnetite concentrate,based on the indicators of reverse flotation experiments,the synergistic effect of four non-ionic synergists and collectors was studied.The results showed that the synergist could significantly improve the recovery performance of Qidashan low-temperature collector on quartz and other gangue minerals.Among them,OP-10 has the best synergistic effect.The results of the anti-flotation closed circuit test of"one coarse,one fine and three sweep"showed that with the addition of 5%OP-10 and collector dosage of 540 g/t,a concentrate product with a TFe grade of 68.45%and a recovery rate of 90.42%was obtained.Compared with the use of collector alone,the iron recovery rate increased by 2.08 percentage points under the premise that the iron concentrate grade remained basically unchanged.The results strongly demonstrate the strengthening effect of the enhancer on the reverse flotation desilication of Qidashan Iron Mine.
