摘要
近年来,随着石油化工产业的快速发展,相关的废水处理问题也变得日益突出。本研究专注于石油化工废水处理的流程选择与其发展方向。主论点集中在原油性质的变化如何影响废水质量和处理效率。数据显示,原油的硫含量、酸值和其他特性的变化对废水中的有机物和无机物含量有明显的影响。同时,原油性质的变化还会加剧金属设备的腐蚀速度,增加处理设备的维护难度和成本。为此,建议石油化工企业在选择废水处理流程时,应充分考虑原油性质的变化,以实现更高的处理效率和更长的设备使用寿命。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the petrochemical industry,the associated wastewater treatment issues have become increasingly prominent.This study focuses on the process selection and developmental direction of petrochemical wastewater treatment.The main arguments center on how changes in crude oil properties affect the quality of wastewater and its treatment efficiency.Data indicate that variations in sulfur content,acid value,and other characteristics of crude oil have a significant impact on the organic and inorganic content in wastewater.Furthermore,changes in crude oil properties also intensify the corrosion rate of metal equipment,increasing the difficulty and cost of equipment maintenance.Therefore,it is recommended that petrochemical companies fully consider changes in crude oil properties when selecting wastewater treatment processes,aiming to achieve higher treatment efficiency and extended equipment lifespan.
