船艇用玻璃钢材料的生命周期碳排放分析

摘要 玻璃钢(GFRP)因其质轻高强耐腐蚀的特点而广泛应用于船艇壳体材料。在我国船艇行业落实“双碳”发展战略的背景下,“绿色低碳船艇”理念对船艇用玻璃钢材料的碳排放等环境负荷指标提出了新的要求。本文采用面向过程的生命周期分析方法(LCA),构建了船艇用玻璃钢材料从原料生产到废弃过程的分析模型。结果表明:1 t船艇用玻璃钢材料的碳排放为5023.60 kg CO_(2)eq,原辅料生产、生产加工和废弃处置阶段占比分别为70.33%、14.55%和15.12%;原辅料生产阶段碳排放主要来源于树脂产品和玻纤产品,生产加工阶段的碳排放主要来源于电力消费,废弃处置阶段开展废旧玻璃钢材料的综合利用将有助于碳减排。根据上述结果,对船艇用玻璃钢材料生命周期各个阶段的减碳路径提供了建议及成效分析。 Glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)is widely used in ship hull materials because of its characteristics of light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance.Under the background of the implementation of the"double carbon"development strategy in China’s boat indus-try,the concept of"green low-carbon boat"puts forward new requirements for environmental load indicators such as carbon emissions of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials for boats.In this paper,a process oriented life cycle analysis(LCA)method is used to construct an analysis model of the process from raw material production to waste for boat FRP.The results show that the carbon emission of 1 t ship FRP is 5023.60 kg CO_(2)eq,and the proportion of raw materials production,production and processing and waste disposal stage is 70.33%,14.55%and 15.12%,respectively.Carbon emissions in the production stage of raw materials mainly come from resin products and glass fiber products,and carbon emissions in the production and processing stage mainly come from power consumption.Comprehensive utilization of waste glass fiber reinforced plastic materials in the waste disposal stage will help to reduce carbon emissions.Based on the above results,suggestions and effectiveness analysis of carbon reduction paths at each stage of the life cycle of FRP materials for ships are provided.
