石油化工管道常用安装技术分析

Analysis of Commonly Used Installation Technology of Petrochemical Pipeline

石油化工生产运输中对管道的依赖度较高,可以说,管道的安装效果直接关系着石油化工生产的正常运行。当前管道在生产运行中常常会受到内部运输物质腐蚀、外部恶劣自然环境条件等影响,导致管道在使用中出现不同类型的问题。为了提高石油化工管道安装技术水平和应用效果,本文首先简单阐述石油化工工艺管道安装方法,其次总结了当前石油化工管道安装技术规范要求,最后细致地探讨了管道安装技术要点,通过本文分析可以为相关工作者提供一定的参考。

The dependence of pipelines in petrochemical production and transportation is relatively high.It can be said that the installation effect of pipelines is directly related to the normal operation of petrochemical production.At present,pipelines in production and operation are often affected by internal transportation material corrosion and external harsh natural environmental conditions,resulting in different types of problems in the use of pipelines.In order to improve the installation technology level and application effect of petrochemical pipelines,this paper firstly briefly expounds the installation method of petrochemical process pipelines,and then summarizes the current technical specification requirements of petro-chemical pipeline installation.Finally,the key points of pipeline installation technology are discussed in detail.It is hoped that this analysis can pro-vide some reference for relevant workers.
