浅谈石油化工管道防腐技术

Discussion on Anti-corrosion Technology of Petrochemical Pipeline

石油资源属于现代化发展的重要化石能源,当前由于开采及运营的油田量极多,伴随原油生产规模持续扩增,其在输送层面的工作负荷急剧上升,由此亟需加大对输送管道的防护,提升其在腐蚀防护层面的水准。文章主要针对石油化工管道在腐蚀防护层面展开探讨,首先阐述了腐蚀出现的主要诱因,其次提出了一系列预防腐蚀的技术措施,以供参考。

Petroleum resources belong to the important fossil energy of modern development.At present,due to the large amount of mining and operation of oilfields,with the continuous expansion of crude oil production scale,its workload in the transmission level rises sharply,so it is urgent to increase the protection of the transmission pipeline,and improve its level in the corrosion protection level.This article mainly discusses the corrosion protection level of petrochemical pipelines.Firstly,the main causes of corrosion are described.Secondly,a series of technical measures for corrosion prevention are proposed for reference.
