摘要
依据滴丸剂的制备原理,运用实验室现有的实验仪器设计出适合高校实验教学使用的滴丸剂实验装置,并研究出最优的实验室制备工艺参数,可进一步将阿司匹林滴丸制备方法投入实际生产中。本课题既可实现高校中的阿司匹林滴丸实验一体化教学,又可以优化阿司匹林滴丸的制备工艺,为企业生产提供最优工艺参考方案。我们以滴丸外观、丸重差异等指标为综合评价因素,考察基质的配比、冷却剂、冷凝剂温度、滴距、滴速等工艺影响因素,确定最佳滴丸工艺条件。制备的滴丸圆整度好,色泽均匀无花斑,质地软硬适中,丸重差异小。
According to the preparation principle of dropping pills,a dropping pill experimental device suitable for experimental teaching in colleges and universities is designed by using the existing experimental instruments in the laboratory,and the optimal laboratory preparation process is studied,so as to further put aspirin dropping pills into practical production.This topic can realize the experimental teaching of aspirin dropping pills in colleges and universities,and optimize the preparation technology of aspirin dropping pills to provide the best reference for production.Taking the appearance and weight difference of dropping pills as comprehensive evaluation indexes,we investigated the factors affecting the successful preparation of dropping pills and determined the best technological conditions of dropping pills.The prepared dropping pills have good roundness,uniform color and no mottling,moderate texture and small difference in pill weight.
