腈棉交织海魂衫染整生产工艺的研究

Study on Dyeing and Finishing Technology of Acrylonitrile Cotton Mixed Sea Sweater

对腈棉交织海魂衫面料的染整生产工艺进行研发,从染料、助剂选用到染色温度工艺曲线及设备配套进行探索。研究得出,采用两次漂白工艺,既先用氧化剂次氯酸纳初漂,再用还原剂保险粉复漂,通过增白剂增白,可以解决棉纤维白度不够的问题,确定了腈棉交织海魂衫的染整生产工艺路线。

In this paper,the dyeing and finishing process of sea sweater fabric made of acrylonitrile cotton interlace was researched,from the selection of dyes and auxiliaries to the dyeing temperature process curve and equipment matching were explored.It is concluded that two bleaching processes are adopted,first bleaching with oxidizing agent sodium hypochlorite,then re-bleaching with reducing agent insurance powder,and whitening agent.Focus on solving the cotton fiber whiteness is not enough for customers to place orders,and determine the dyeing and finishing production process route of acrylonitrile cotton interwoven sea sweater.
