摘要
针对气体企业循环冷却水系统的特点,研制出一种制氧循环水系统专用的缓蚀阻垢剂,在系统pH控制在8.1以上时,该配方投加浓度在50 ppm以上具有显著的缓蚀和阻垢的效果,并通过在气体企业2号40000 Nm^(3)/h制氧机组开展应用,应用期间现场碳钢、黄铜、不锈钢挂片腐蚀率均远低限值要求,循环水系统中各项水质指标均达标,效果较优,可进一步推广。
According to the characteristics of gas company circulating cooling water system,developed a oxygen net ring water system special corrosion scale inhibitor,in the system pH control above 8.1,the formula add concentration above 50 ppm has significant effect of corrosion and scale resistance,and through in steel gas company 2#40000 Nm^(3)/h unit application,during the application of carbon steel,brass,stainless steel hanging corrosion rate are far low limit requirements,the water quality indexes in circulating water system standard,the effect is better,can be further promoted.
