5G定制网在汽车新型柔性产线的研究及应用

新消费时代的到来对汽车制造业产生了巨大变革,由传统的机械定义汽车转变为软件定义汽车,产线从传统的互相独立流水线模式变为新型柔性产线引领多机高精度协作模式,并带来网络需求的巨大变化。文章主要研究超高可靠极低时延5G定制网实现的关键技术,分析其在柔性产线的创新应用场景,讨论总结出5G在汽车新型柔性制造产线有着较好的应用。

The arrival of the new consumption cra has brought great changes to the automobile manufacturing industry,from the traditional mechanically defined car model to the software-defined car model,the production line has changed from the traditional independent assembly line mode to the multi-machine high-precision cooperation mode of the new flexible production line,and has brought great changes in network demand.This paper mainly studies the key technologies for the realization of ultra-reliable and ultra-low delay 5G customized network,analyzes its innovative application scenarios in flexible production lines,and discusses and summarizes that 5G has a good application in new automotive flexible manufacturing production lines.
