Research on the Design of Aging Friendly Intelligent Wearable Travel Products Based on Situational Awareness

探究情境感知理论在智能穿戴式旅行产品适老化设计中的应用,梳理老年人在旅行情境中的关键因素,引导可穿戴旅行产品向安全、包容以及人性化方向发展,为智能旅行可穿戴产品的适老化设计提供参考依据。首先对情境感知理论发展及智能旅行穿戴式产品设计现状进行分析,其次在情境感知理论基础上,将老年人旅行的情境因素划分为环境、任务、用户三类,通过构建老年情境感知模型与用户旅行体验流程图发掘老年用户的真实需求,最后基于以上三种情境因素进行智能旅行穿戴式产品适老化设计实践,完善穿戴式旅行智能产品服务体系,提高旅行产品的情境感知能力,简化老年用户操作路径,在保障旅行安全性的同时也向老年用户提供了智能化、个性化的旅行服务体验。

The paper explores the application of situational awareness theory in the aging friendly design of intelligent wearable travel products through identifying key factors for the elderly in travel situations to guide the development of wearable travel products towards safety,inclusiveness,and humanization so as to provide references for related product design.Firstly,an analysis is conducted on the current development of situational awareness theory and the application of intelligent travel wearable product design.Secondly,the situational factors of elderly travel are divided into three categories:environment,task,and user.By constructing an elderly situational awareness model and a user travel experience flowchart,the real needs of elderly users are explored.Finally,based on the above three situational factors,an aging friendly design practice for intelligent travel wearable products is carried out.Suggestions include improving the wearable travel intelligent product service system,enhancing the situational awareness ability of travel products,simplifying the operation path of elderly users,and providing intelligent and personalized travel service experience to elderly users while ensuring travel safety.
