基于S7-1500 PLC的步进电机PID控制

摘要 通过对PLC的软件编程,实现了S7-1500 PLC对步进电机的PID控制。首先明确了PLC、步进电机和步进电机驱动器之间的电气连接关系;然后利用S7-1500 PLC配套的博途软件进行了PTO组态和轴工艺组态,基于HMI设计了人机交互界面,设计了PID控制器;最后搭建了实验系统,利用临界比例度法整定了PID参数。实验验证了步进电机PID控制的调整时间小于1min,位置精度小于0.02°。 By programming PLC software,the PID control of stepper motor is realized based S7-1500 PLC.Firstly,the electrical connection relation between PLC,stepper motor and stepper motor driver are clarified.Then,the PTO configuration and axis technology configuration are carried out using Siemens S7-1500 PLC Portal software.The human-machine interface is designed based on HMI,and a PID controller is designed.Finally,an experiment system is constructed,and the PID parameters are adjusted by the critical proportionality method.The experimental results show that the PID control adjustment time of stepper motor is within 1 minute,and the deviation of the position is less than 0.02°.
