高校毕业生高质量就业的三方合作演化博弈研究

Research on the Evolutionary Game of Tripartite Cooperation of High⁃quality Employment for University Graduates

高校、企业和政府在高校毕业生高质量就业过程中发挥不同职能,存在高度合作关系,各合作主体是有限理性的,当某一主体能够从其采取的合作策略中获益时,其他主体均会有复刻该策略的倾向。因此,基于高校、企业和政府三大主体构建高校毕业生高质量就业三方合作演化模型,分析各主体策略的演化路径,并运用MATLAB进行仿真分析,有助于揭示各主体合作策略的变化规律。研究表明,提升高校、企业及政府间合作的直接收益和间接收益,确定最优收益分配方案及合理的投入成本,设置相关补偿收益,有利于促成各主体在合作中采取努力策略,从而促进高校毕业生实现高质量就业。

University,enterprise,and government play different roles in the process of ensuring high‑quality employment for university graduates.These three entities cooperate closely,each with its own limited rationality.When one subject benefits from the cooperation strategy it adopts,other subjects tend to replicate this strategy.Therefore,this paper constructs a tripartite cooperation evolution model based on the three main subjects,namely university,enterprise,and government.It analyzes the evolution path of each subject’s strategy and uses MATLAB to carry out simulations to reveal the change pattern of each subject’s cooperation strategy.The study shows that we should enhance the direct and indirect benefits of cooperation among university,enterprise,and government,adopt an optimal plan for benefit distribution,decide reasonable input costs,and provide relevant compensatory benefits.This helps each subject to adopt effective strategies in cooperation,thus promoting high‑quality employment for university graduates.
