藏医“仁青泽泻”疗法对中风疾病的疗效分析

Theoretical research of the functions of Rinchen Tsukshei on cerebral apoplexy recorded in Thongwa Gache

中风在全球的发病率逐年增多,尤其是在高原地区,中风的发病率日渐趋于年轻化,死亡率和致残率也居高不下。“仁青泽泻”是一种通过头部涂药外敷后,经皮肤吸收药物,从而干预治疗头部疾病的藏医独特秘方。据藏医古籍文献记载,该疗法对中风疾病具有显著疗效。作者通过查阅大量藏医古籍文献,梳理了七十二种不同的“仁青泽泻”方剂。对不同的“仁青泽泻”方剂作了理论分析和临床实验后,发现在众方剂中,《通佤噶吉》记载的“仁青泽泻”疗法更适用于脑卒中疾病治疗。经专家论证和伦理审查认为,《通佤噶吉》记载的“仁青泽泻”疗法可以为治疗中风疾病提供重要理论依据和新的外治诊疗方法,为进一步临床实践奠定理论基础。

Rinchen Tsukshei(rin chen gtsug bshal in Tibetan)is one of special practices in Tibetan Medicine,even though it has been neglected nowadays.The medicinal compound of Rinchen Tsukshei recorded in Thongwa Gachei(mthong ba dgav byed in Tibetan)is very similar to the diagnosis of stroke in modern medicine,as Rinchen Tsukshei has the function of reducing cerebral apoplexy.This article,refencing to the related literature and based on personal experiences,describes the special characteristics of the Rincehn Tsukshei,and post-digestive effects,discusses the function of the Rinchen Tsukshei in reducing and treating cerebral apoplexy.
