摘要
氧化应激(oxidative stress)是氧化-抗氧化系统的失衡引起的。低水平的活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)在细胞生理功能调节中具有重要作用,高水平ROS会引起离子通道开放、脂质过氧化、蛋白质修饰、DNA氧化等,进而导致细胞、组织及器官的损伤。在女性生殖系统中,高水平的ROS可对女性生殖细胞及生殖器官产生损伤,进而降低女性生育能力,可引起卵泡异常闭锁、减数分裂异常、受精率降低、胚胎发育延迟,加速卵巢的老化等,此外,氧化应激与多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症等疾病的发生、发展密切相关。本文就氧化应激对生殖细胞、生殖器官损伤及抗氧化治疗做一综述。
Oxidative stress(OS)is caused by the imbalance of oxidation-antioxidant system.Low levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)play an important role in regulating the cell physiological function.High levels of ROS can cause ion channels open,oxidation of lipid peroxidation,protein modification,DNA,etc.,thus leading to damages to cells,tissues and organs.In the female reproductive system,a high level of ROS can cause damage to female germ cells and reproductive organs,thereby reducing female fertility,such as abnormal follicular atrexia,abnormal meiosis,reduced fertilization rate,delayed embryo development,accelerated ovarian aging,etc.In addition,OS is closely related to the occurrence and development of polycystic ovary syndrome,endometriosis and other diseases.This article reviewed the effects of oxidative stress on germ cells,reproductive organ damage and antioxidant therapy.
