肿瘤患者输液港自我管理行为现状及影响因素研究

Study on the current situation and influencing factors ofself-management behavior of infusion port in tumor patients

目的分析肿瘤患者输液港自我管理行为现状及影响因素。方法选取2022年1—6月厦门大学附属第一医院肿瘤内科住院的257例患者作为研究对象,均采用癌症患者输液港自我管理行为评估量表进行问卷调查,分析肿瘤患者输液港自我管理行为得分及其影响因素。结果肿瘤患者输液港自我管理行为得分为(110.76±14.77)分,处于中等水平。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻、职业状态、居住地及植入时间患者输液港自我管理行为得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病变部位、付费方式及主要照顾者患者输液港自我管理行为得分比较差异无统计学意义。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄<60岁、低文化程度、无业及植入时间>3个月为肿瘤患者输液港自我管理行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者输液港自我管理行为处于中等水平,亟待提高,相关部门可重点关注年龄<60岁、低文化程度、无业及植入时间>3个月的肿瘤患者入手,并对其进行输液港自我管理行为干预,以提高肿瘤患者的输液港自我管理行为,从而使肿瘤患者获得更积极的生活及治疗态度。

Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of self-management behavior of infusion port in tumor patients.Methods A total of 257 patients admitted to the department of Medical Oncology in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and all patients were investigated by using the self-management behavior assessment scale of infu-sion port for cancer patients,the score of self-management behavior in infusion port of tumor patients and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results The score of self-management behavior of infusion port of cancer patients were(110.76±14.77)scores,which was at the moderate level.There were significant differences in self-management behavior scores of patients with different gender,age,education level,marriage,occupational status,residence and implantation time(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of patients with different lesion sites,payment methods and self-management behavior at infusion port of main caregivers.The results of multilinear regression analysis showed that age<60 years old,low educational level,unemployment and implantation time>3 months were the influential factors of self-management behavior of infusion port in tumor patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management behavior of infusion port in tumor patients is at a moderate level and needs to be improved urgently,relevant departments can start with tumor patients who are age<60 years old,low education level,unemployed and implanted for>3 months to improve the self-management behavior of tumor patients in the infusion port,so as to enable tumor patients to obtain the more posi-tive life and treatment attitude.
