独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型激素性股骨头坏死45例

Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Steroid-induced Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type for 45 Cases

目的 观察独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型激素性股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法 选取湖南中医药大学附属常德医院收治的90例激素性股骨头坏死(肝肾亏虚型)患者进行研究,每组45例,分为2组,均通过随机数字表法随机分配。对照组采取仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,治疗组给予独活寄生汤治疗,疗程3个月。进一步随访观察受治者髋关节疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、髋关节功能(Harris)评分、生活质量调查表(SF-36)。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后VAS、Harris和SF-36评分治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 独活寄生汤能有效改善肝肾亏虚型激素性股骨头坏死患者临床症状,值得临床上进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head(SONFH)with deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods A total of 90 patients with SONFH with deficiency of liver and kidney type admitted to Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction for 3 months.The visual analogue scale(VAS),hip joint function(Harris)score,and SF-36 scores were further observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS,Harris and SF-36 scores in the treatment group after treatment were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with SONFH with deficiency of liver and kidney type,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
