电针联合黄龙汤对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Huanglong Decoction on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Sepsis

目的 观察电针联合黄龙汤对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的疗效研究。方法 选取2021年10月—2023年3月江西省中西医结合医院急诊科收入重症医学科的70例脓毒症急性胃肠功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例。2组患者均予以西医常规治疗,治疗组予以电针联合黄龙汤鼻饲或者口服,比较APACHE II评分、AGI评分、炎性因子水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗后2组患者APACHE II评分、AGI评分、炎性因子PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6均较前降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针联合黄龙汤对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍患者降低机体炎性反应,提高治疗有效率,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with Huanglong decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute gastrointestinal dysfunction with sepsis from October 2021 to March 2023 in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 patients in each group.All patients in 2 groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given electroacupuncture combined with Huanglong decoction nasal feeding or oral feeding.APACHE II score and AGI score,inflammatory factor levels and clinical efficacy were compared.Results After treatment,APACHE II score,AGI score,inflammatory factor PCT,hs-CRP and IL-6 in 2 groups were all lower than before,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Huanglong decoction can reduce the inflammatory response of the body and improve the treatment efficiency in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction of sepsis,which has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
