针刺结合肌内效贴治疗足阳明经筋型老年膝骨关节炎临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Kinesio Taping on Foot-yangming Meridian-type Knee Osteoarthritis in the Elderly

目的 观察针刺结合肌内效贴治疗足阳明经筋型老年膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法 选取门诊符合诊断标准的足阳明经筋型老年KOA患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组接受针刺结合肌内效贴治疗,对照组接受常规针刺治疗,比较2组治疗前后VAS评分及WOMAC评分。结果 与治疗前相比,2组患者VAS评分均有显著下降(P<0.05),但治疗后组间VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者WOMAC量表的疼痛、僵硬和关节功能评分及总评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组WOMAC量表的关节功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05),但2组患者WOMAC量表的疼痛、僵硬评分及总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针刺结合肌内效贴治疗老年足阳明经筋型KOA患者具有较好的临床疗效,发挥协同治疗作用,更能改善患者膝关节功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Kinesio taping on foot-yangming meridian-type knee osteoarthritis in the elderly.Methods Sixty elderly patients with foot-yangming meridian-type knee osteoarthritis that met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupuncture treatment combined with Kinesio taping.The control group received acupuncture treatment.The VAS scores and WOMAC scores were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,VAS scores in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in VAS scores between groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain,stiffness and joint function scores and total scores of the WOMAC scale in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the joint function scores of the WOMAC scale in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the pain,stiffness scores and total scores of the WOMAC scale in 2 groups were compared.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Kinesio taping has a good effect on the treatment of foot-yang ming meridian-type knee osteoarthritis in the elderly.Acupuncture and Kinesio taping can make a synergistic effect with each other,and also can effectively improve the knee joint function and the patient's quality of life.
