基于整体观的治未病思想在中医健康管理中的思考

Thought on the Idea of Preventing Diseases Based on the Holistic View in Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management

基于中医整体观指导下的“治未病”思想是中医学从整体上把握人体的健康和疾病发病的本质,并以调节人体的状态使之达到平衡为主要的治疗目的,符合现代社会经济和医疗卫生事业的发展,此文从认识中医整体观指导下的“治未病”思想,分析中医健康管理的特点,以及探究中医的“治未病”思想与中医健康管理之间的关系,思考如何在中医健康管理中彰显基于中医整体观的“治未病”思想,以期能充分发挥具有中医药特色的健康管理模式,更有效地提升人民群众的健康质量。

Based on the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,the idea of"preventing diseases"is that traditional Chinese medicine grasps the essence of human health and disease onset as a whole,and its main therapeutic purpose is to adjust the state of human body to achieve balance,which is in line with the development of modern social economy and medical and health undertakings.This paper analyzed the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine health management and explores the relationship between idea of"preventing diseases"and traditional Chinese medicine health management.Finally,the authors think about how to show the idea of"preventing diseases"based on the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine in health management of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to give full play to the health management model with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and improve the health quality of the people more effectively.
