中医药治疗小儿肥胖研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Obesity in Childhood

近年来,由于生活水平的提高,过多营养物质的摄入使得小儿肥胖的发病率也逐年增高,随之而来的是已知的肥胖相关因素疾病的发病率也逐渐增高,不仅影响儿童的身体健康,还会导致儿童出现自卑、抑郁等心理疾病。中医治疗小儿肥胖具有独特优势,可以通过中药的口服、针灸、推拿、穴位贴敷等进行治疗。此文通过对近10年相关文献的研究,从病因病机、中医内治法、外治法、综合疗法等进行分类归纳总结,以期为医学工作者对该病的临床和创新治疗提供更多的参考依据。

In recent years,due to the improvement of living standards,people's diet structure has also changed,excessive intake of nutrients makes the incidence of obesity in Childhood increased year by year.As a result,the incidence of obesity related factors has gradually increased,which not only affects the health of children,but also leads to psychological diseases such as inferiority,depression and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of obesity in childhood.It can be treated by oral administration of Chinese medicine,acupuncture,massage and acupoint application.Based on the study of the relevant literature for more than ten years,this article classified and summarized the etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment of TCM,external treatment,comprehensive therapy,etc.,in order to provide more reference for medical workers to the clinical and innovative treatment of the disease.
