中医药治疗慢性肾脏病营养不良可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Malnutrition Based on CiteSpace

目的 借助CiteSpace软件分析中医药治疗慢性肾脏病营养不良的研究热点以及前沿动态。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)中2000年—2022年中医药治疗慢性肾脏病营养不良的相关文献,对纳入文献的作者、研究机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献360篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势。涉及作者448位,形成了3个初具规模的研究团队,发文最多的机构是安徽中医药大学第一附属医院;关键词图谱共有204个关键词被纳入,中心性≥0.1的高中心性关键词是营养不良、血液透析、腹膜透析、微炎症、肾功能、临床研究。结论 透析人群的临床研究为中医药治疗慢性肾脏病营养不良的研究热点,研究趋势为中药对瘦素调控的机制研究。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and research trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)and malnutrition by CiteSpace.Methods Relevant literatures on the treatment of CKD and malnutrition with TCM were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 2000 to 2022,and the authors,institutions and keywords were visually analyzed.Results A total of 360 related literatures were included.The number of documents showed an overall upward trend.A total of 448 authors were included,and 3 cooperation teams were initially formed,The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most articles.A total of 204 keywords were included in the keyword map,and the keywords of high cardiac status(≥0.1)were malnutrition,hemodialysis,peritoneal dialysis,microinflammation,renal function,and clinical study.Conclusion The research hotspot of TCM in the treatment of CKD and malnutrition is the clinical study of dialysis population,and the research trend may be the study of the mechanism of regulation of leptin by TCM.
