数据挖掘探究向荣主任医师治疗月经病的用药规律

Medication Rule of Chief Physician Xiang Rong in the Treatment of Menstrual Disease Based on Data Mining

目的 利用中医传承辅助平台软件分析向荣主任医师治疗月经病的组方及用药规律。方法 通过对向主任医师治疗月经病的中药处方进行筛选,将符合标准的数据录入中医传承辅助平台软件,采用用药频次分析、组方规律分析、新方分析等数据挖掘方法,分析其治疗月经病的组方及用药规律。结果 符合标准的处方共有67个,从中得出中药用药频次、用药模式、规则分析及新组方。结论 向主任医师治疗月经病侧重调理脏腑功能,以脾胃、元气为本,调和气血,脾肾肝同治,调理冲任、胞宫及月经关系。

Objective To analyze the prescription and medication rule of Chief Physician Xiang Rong in the treatment of menstrual disease by using the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform.Methods Through the screening of Chief Physician Xiang Rong's traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of menstrual diseases,the data that met the standards are entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform software,and the data mining methods such as drug frequency analysis,prescription analysis,and new prescription analysis were used to analyze the treatment of menstrual diseases.Results There were 67 prescriptions that met the standard,from which the frequency,mode,rule analysis and new prescription of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained.Conclusion Chief Physician Xiang Rong in the treatment of menstrual diseases focuses on regulating the function of zang-fu organs,based on the spleen and stomach and the vitality,harmonizing qi and blood,the same treatment of spleen,kidney and liver,regulating Chong and Ren,cell palace and menstruation.
