Comparison and Clinical Application of Medication Experience of Zhao Shaoqin and Jiao Shude in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

文章介绍了赵绍琴教授和焦树德教授两位名老中医对类风湿关节炎临证治疗的用药经验,赵绍琴教授侧重将疾病根据症状分期,根据不同时期证机不同而论证,早期以祛风化湿之法,中后期则以涤痰通络为主;而焦树德教授则认为痹证以肾虚寒侵为主要病机,以补肾祛寒为大法。通过对比总结两位医家的临床用药经验,结合笔者临床实践,更好地指导临床用药。

This article introduced the medication experience of two famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors in clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Professor Zhao Shaoqin focuses on staging the disease according to symptoms and demonstrating it according to the different mechanisms of different periods.In the early stage,the method of dispelling dampness was used,while in the middle and late stages,the main method was to clear phlegm and clear collaterals.Professor Jiao Shude believes that the main pathogenesis of arthralgia syndrome is kidney deficiency and cold invasion,with tonifying the kidney and dispelling cold as the main method.By comparing and summarizing the clinical medication experience of two physicians,combined with the author's clinical practice,which can better guide clinical medication.
