骨愈灵胶囊联合复方骨肽注射液对四肢骨折的影响

Application Effect of Guyuling Capsule Combined with Compound Gutai Injection in patients with Limbs Fracture

目的 探讨骨愈灵胶囊联合复方骨肽注射液在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 将2021年1月—2022年6月收治的80例四肢骨折患者按照随机数表法分为2组,各40例。对照组采用复方骨肽注射液治疗,观察组加用骨愈灵胶囊治疗,均治疗4周。比较2组治疗效果、临床指标及生长因子水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组消肿时间、住院时间及下床活动时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 四肢骨折患者术后采取复方骨肽注射液、骨愈灵胶囊联合治疗效果满意,可调节生长因子,促进术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Guyuling capsule combined with compound Gutai injection on patients with limbs fracture after operation.Methods Eighty patients with limb fracture from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound Guyu peptide injection,and the observation group was treated with Guyuling capsule combined with compound Gutai injection for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect,clinical indexes and growth factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The detumescence time,hospitalization time and getting out of bed time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Transforming growth factor in the observation group-β1(TGF-β1),bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)and basic Fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined effect of compound Gutai injection and Guyuling capsule is satisfactory in the postoperative treatment of patients with limb fracture,which can adjust the level of growth factor and promote postoperative recovery.
