摘要 目的 研究与分析参与式教学在妇科教学中的应用效果,为临床带教中培养优秀人才提供新的教学模式。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年9月垫江县中医院在妇科学习的中医学专业的本科生60名,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用参与式教学模式,比较2组学生的理论考核、技能考核及问卷调查自我评价的情况。结果 观察组学生的自我评价满意度和理论测试及操作考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在妇科教学中采用参与式教学方法,有助于提高学生的学习积极性,提升整体教学质量。 Objective To study and analyze the application effect of participatory teaching in gynecology teaching,and to provide a new teaching mode for cultivating outstanding talents in clinical teaching.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate students from traditional Chinese medicine major who studied in gynecology from September 2021 to September 2022 in Dianjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the participatory teaching mode.The theoretical assessment,skill assessment and questionnaire self-evaluation of the two groups was compared.Results The self-evaluation satisfaction and the scores of theory test and operation test of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The participatory teaching method in gynecology teaching can help improve students'learning enthusiasm and overall teaching quality.
