摘要
目的:探讨E-max铸瓷高嵌体与Lava Ultimate优韧瓷高嵌牙体缺损的修复效果及对咀嚼功能、牙龈状况的影响。方法:选取我院2020年8月到2021年8月收治的100例牙体缺损患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为Lava Ultimate组与E-max组,各组均为50例。两组患者均采取高嵌体修复治疗,Lava Ultimate组采取Lava Ultimate优韧瓷进行高嵌体修复,E-max组应用E-max铸瓷高嵌体进行修复。对比其修复成功率与满意度。对所有患者进行2年门诊随访,记录修复前、修复后12个月、24个月的咀嚼功能与美学评分,菌斑指数(PLI),出血指数(BI)探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)相关牙周健康指标及龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和龈沟液(GCF)表达水平。结果:两组患者修复成功率与满意度对比无显著差异(P>0.05);两组患者修复前咀嚼功能、美学评分对比无差异(P0.05),修复后12个月和修复后24个月两组患者咀嚼功能、美学评分均升高,但两组患者美学评分对比无差异(P>0.05),Lava Ultimate组修复后24个月的咀嚼功能优于E-max组(P<0.05);两组患者修复前CAL、PD、BI、PLI水平对比无差异(P>0.05),修复后12个月和修复后24个月两组患者CAL、PD、BI、PLI水平均降低(P<0.05),但Lava Ultimate组与E-max组对比无差异(P>0.05);两组患者修复前ALP含量、GCF水平对比无差异(P>0.05),修复后12个月和修复后24个月两组患者ALP含量、GCF水平无变化(P<0.05),Lava Ultimate组与E-max组比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:E-max铸瓷高嵌体与Lava Ultimate优韧瓷高嵌牙体缺损的修复效果均显著,且均可提升患者修复满意度,提升咀嚼功能、美学评分。改善牙周健康水平与牙龈状况,但Lava Ultimate优韧瓷高嵌体修复牙体缺损远期患者咀嚼功能优于E-max铸瓷高嵌体修复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of E-MAX and lava ultimate on masticatory function and gingival status.Methods:100 cases of patients with tooth defect in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into lava ultimate group and E-MAX group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with high inlay repair,the lava ultimate group was treated with lava ultimate high toughness porcelain for high inlay repair,and the E-MAX group was treated with E-MAX cast porcelain for high inlay repair.The repair success rate and satisfaction were compared.All patients were followed up for 2 years,and the masticatory function and aesthetic scores,plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),probing depth of gingival sulcus(PD)before repair,12 months and 24 months after repair were recorded Clinical attachment loss(CAL)related periodontal health indicators and the expression levels of alkaline phosphatase in gingival crevicular fluid(ALP)and GCF in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF).Results:There was no significant difference in the success rate of repair and satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in masticatory function and aesthetic score between the two groups before repair(P>0.05).Masticatory function and aesthetic score were increased in the two groups 12 months and 24 months after repair,but there was no significant difference in aesthetic score between the two groups(P>0.05).Masticatory function in lava ultimate group was better than that in E-MAX group 24 months after repair(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of CAL,PD,Bi and PLI between the two groups before repair(P>0.05).The levels of CAL,PD,Bi and PLI in the two groups were decreased 12 months and 24 months after repair(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between lava ultimate group and E-MAX group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in ALP content and GCF level between the two groups before repair(P>0.05).There was no significant change in ALP content and GCF level between the two groups 12 months and 24 months after repair(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between lava ultimate group and E-MAX group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The repair effects of E-max cast porcelain high inlay and Lava Ultimate excellent toughness porcelain high inlay defects are both significant,and both can improve patient satisfaction with restoration,improve chewing function,and aesthetic scores.Improving periodontal health and gingival condition,but Lava Ultimate superior toughness porcelain high inlay restoration for dental defects has better chewing function in long-term patients than E-max cast porcelain high inlay restoration.
