摘要 参与全球教育治理是教育领域协同构建人类命运共同体的重要方式,全球教育话语权塑造则是参与全球教育治理的核心价值,拥有全球教育话语权是教育强国的重要表征之一。中国通过平台融合、教育能力建设、全球非正式教育治理、多元共治塑造全球教育话语权取得显著成效,全球教育治理场域渐趋成型,教育国际公共产品供给能力提升,全球教育议程和规则制定能力增强,促进了全球教育治理参与主体多元化及发展中国家教育发展,推动了全球教育秩序走向公平与公正。中国的全球教育话语权渐趋彰显,推动了建设教育强国及建构人类命运共同体的进程。全球教育话语权的形成是一个长期持续的过程,需要充分发挥中国在全球教育治理进程中的多元化与广泛性角色,为加快建成教育强国奠定坚实基础。 Participation in global education governance is an important way to build a community with a shared future for mankind in the field of education,and the shaping of global education discourse power is the core value of participating in global education governance.China has achieved remarkable results in shaping the global education discourse through platform integration,education capacity building,global informal education governance,and pluralistic co-governance.The field of global education governance has gradually taken shape,the supply capacity of international public goods for education has been improved,and the capacity to formulate global education agendas and rules has been enhanced,which has promoted the diversification of participants in global education governance and the development of education in developing countries,and promoted the global education order to be fair and just.China's global education discourse power has gradually become prominent,promoting the process of building a strong country in education and building a community with a shared future for mankind.The formation of global education discourse is a long-term and continuous process,and it is necessary to give full play to China's diversified and extensive role in the process of global education governance.
