分布式领导何以提升课堂教学质量?——教师合作和教师教学效能感的链式中介作用

How Does Distributed Leadership Improve Classroom Teaching Quality?——The Chain Mediating Role of Teacher Collaboration and Teacher Teaching Effectiveness

课堂教学质量是基础教育高质量发展的关键,是深化课程教学改革的重中之重。研究基于TALIS2018上海2229名教师的调查数据,采用结构方程模型探讨和揭示分布式领导对课堂教学质量的影响及其作用机制。结果表明,分布式领导显著正向影响课堂教学质量;教师合作和教师教学效能感在分布式领导与课堂教学质量之间既具有独立的中介作用,也具有链式中介作用。基于此提出研究建议:校长要让权利分配更有效,让领导成为一门艺术;校长要让教师在合作中有获得感,切实提升教学效能感;校长要从关注教学本身走向教学领导,真正提高课堂教学质量。

The classroom teaching quality is the key to the high-quality development of basic education,and it is the top priority to deepen the curriculum and teaching reform.Based on the survey data of 2,229 teachers in TALIS2018 Shanghai,this study used structural equation modeling to explore and reveal the impact of distributed leadership on classroom teaching quality and its mechanism of action.The results show that distributed leadership significantly and positively affects classroom teaching quality;teacher cooperation and teacher teaching efficacy have both independent and chain mediating roles between distributed leadership and classroom teaching quality.Based on this,research recommendations are made:principals should make the distribution of power more effective and make leadership an art;principals should let teachers have a sense of gain in cooperation and effectively improve the sense of teaching efficacy;andprincipals should move from focusing on teaching itself to instructional leadership to truly improve the quality of classroom teaching.
