脑电生物反馈联合感觉统合训练对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童行为能力与注意力的影响

摘要 目的探析脑电生物反馈联合感觉统合训练对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童行为能力及注意力的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月新余市妇幼保健院收治的68例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组给予感觉统合训练,观察组给予脑电生物反馈联合感觉统合训练。比较两组Conners儿童行为评分、注意力评分、感觉统合评分。结果治疗后,观察组Con-ners儿童行为评分(行为因子、学习因子、躯体因子、多动因子、焦虑因子、多动指数)均低于对照组,注意力评分(注意力的移向和集中力、注意的移向力、注意的选择性、注意的广度和分配能力)、感觉统合评分(前庭平衡和大脑双侧分化情况、脑神经生理抑制困难、触觉防御、发育运用障碍、视觉空间和形态感觉情形、重力不安全症、学习和情绪状态、对压力挫折敏感与自我形象不良)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈联合感觉统合训练可显著提升注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的行为能力、注意力、视觉及听觉商数,可显著改善患儿神经心理学症状,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effects of electroencephalogram biofeedback combined with sensory integration training on behavioral abil-ity and attention in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 68 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treated in Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were ran-domly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given sensory integration train-ing,and the observation group was given electroencephalogram biofeedback combined sensory integration training.The Conners children's behavior scores,attention scores and sensory integration scores were compared beween the two groups.Results After treatment,the Conners children's be-havior scores(behavior factor,learning factor,somatic factor,hyperactivity factor,anxiety factor,hyperactivity index)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the attention scores(attention shift and concentration,attention shift,attention selectivity,attention breadth and distribution ability),sensory integration scores(vestibular balance and bilateral brain differentiation,brain neurophysiological inhibition difficul-ties,tactile defense,developmental use disorders,visual space and morphological sensory conditions,gravity insecurity,learning and emotional state,sensitivity to stress setbacks and poor self-image)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroencephalogram biofeedback combined sensory integration training can significantly improve the behavioral ability,attention,vi-sual and auditory quotient of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,and can significantly improve the neuropsychological symptoms of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
