从“边角空间”到“金角银边”——公园城市更新微场景营建

Micro Scene Construction of Park City Renewal:From"Corner Space"to"Jin Jiao Yin Bian"

聚焦超大城市高密度建成区城市更新,用公园城市城绿融合、以人为本理念为引领,以成都市中心城区“边角空间”为研究对象,依托公园城市信息平台,运用现场调研、大数据分析对比等方法,运用场景理论,系统化、科学化、人本化指导“边角空间”景观品质提升和微场景营建,构建“点位遴选—营建示范—评价机制”为一体的公园城市“金角银边”微场景营建路径,促使“零散、普通、消极、低质、廉值”的空间向“体系、特色、活力、品质、价值”转变,为公园城市高密度建成区更新建设,以及公园城市城绿协同实践技术应用提供路径探索和参考。

In this paper,we focused on the urban renewal of high-density built-up areas in megacities.Guided by the green integration of park city and people-oriented idea,we took"corner space"in the downtown of Chengdu as the research object.Based on the park city information platform,using data analysis,field research method,we used scene theory to guide the improvement of landscape quality and micro-scene construction of"corner space"in a systematic,scientific and humanistic way,and constructed a micro-scene construction path of"Jin Jiao Yin Bian",which included location selection,construction,demonstration,evaluation mechanism.It promoted the transformation of"scattered,ordinary,negative,low quality and low value"space to"system,characteristics,vitality,quality and value",and provided path exploration and reference for the renewal and construction of high-density built-up areas in park city and the application of urban green collaborative practice technology.
