摘要
城市基础设施是城市赖以生存和发展的基础,也是产生城市集聚效应的决定性因素,但是城市规模不断扩大后这些设施又极大地阻碍了城市发展,同时也给周边市民的生活带来了极大的影响。温州市滨江商务区桃花岛片区T-02、T-03地块作为城市基础设施等存量空间的一个集聚区域,也遇到了上述问题,在这样的背景下,该文以T-02、T-03地块的设计实践为例,重点讨论与研究了基于城市存量空间有机更新的空间重塑路径。
Urban infrastructure is the basis for the survival and development of a city,and also the decisive factor to produce the urban agglomeration effect.However,these facilities greatly hinder the development of the city after the continuous expansion of the city size,and also have a great impact on the lives of the surrounding citizens.As a gathering area of urban infrastructure and other stock spaces,Plot T-02 and Plot T-03 in Taohuadao District,Binjiang Business District,Wenzhou also encountered the above problems.Under this background,Taking the design practice of T-02 and T-03 plots as an example,we focus on discussing and studying the path of spatial remodeling based on the organic renewal of urban infrastructure and other existing space.
